My youngest daughter, her family and myself decided to relocate to a warmer climate than the cold mid-west. The oldest daughter had lived in Brownsville for a little over a year before returning to Illinois. She steered us towards Brownsville. Viewing homes online through Zillow I decided to contact a realtor and begin communication about the intended area. I made contact with Vickie Duprel and instantly felt comfortable with her very polite and charming southern demeanor. Vickie showed us around Brownsville, we didn't really attach to the area, so Vickie begin showing us homes in the Jackson area. We found this area to be much more beneficial for our daughter and her husband to raise her two kids in the school system plus there are very nice social amenities to visit If you had ten stars on the chart I'd give Vickie all ten. Vickie did a fine job throughout the selling process starting in late July. She communicated with us very promptly via calls and texts when notifying us of showings and would also suggest ways on how to improve our chances of selling. She also thought of the idea and worked hard to stage our home to make it more attractive to prospective buyers after visits started to die down. After the home was staged in mid-September we immediately started receiving more interest from buyers. Not too much long after that we received our first offer on the home.
